How to Be the First Card on the Platform

Here we explain how developer cards are ordered on the platform.

Our main goal is to help companies identify developers they can confidently invest in — developers who can deliver high value and generate strong results.

We define a great developer based on two key areas:

  • Social skills

  • Technical skills

To evaluate and rank developers fairly, we use the following system:

1. Experience Badge (Highest Priority)

This is the most important badge in our ranking system.

Developers earn the Experience Badge after attending an assessment meeting where their professional experience is evaluated and validated.

Cards are first ordered based on this badge.

2. Number of Badges

After the Experience Badge, we rank developers based on the total number of badges they have earned.

These include badges such as:

  • Soft Skills

  • Platform Contributor

  • Other achievement-based badges

The more badges a developer earns, the higher they appear in the ranking.

3. Number of Recommendations

Finally, we consider the number of recommendations a developer has received from other developers on the platform.

More recommendations increase trust and improve ranking position.

This structured system ensures that developers who invest in improving their skills, contributing to the platform, and building strong professional relationships are rewarded with better visibility.

Note: The ordering system may be updated in the future.
